Pierce has a large, dedicated Fleet Team to manage and oversee orders for large fleets and major municipalities. This team is staffed to manage orders as a complete project from the pre-bid stage to delivery with additional customer service support.

From pre-bid through final inspection, they ensure clear communication via the dealer, while maintaining quality, consistency, and seamless coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and delivery phases.
